A complete new-build project in Weymouth, replacing the existing bungalow with a substantial two-storey, four-bedroom home designed with a strong contemporary Art Deco influence.

Symmetry was a defining theme throughout the design, shaping the proportions, elevations and overall character of the house. Internally, the property was planned around three reception spaces and included a bespoke staircase, combining practical family living with carefully considered architectural detailing.

The project extended beyond the main build to include the landscaped driveway, patio and surrounding external works, creating a cohesive finish across the entire property.

The strength of the design was recognised locally, with the project nominated for a Weymouth Civic Award for design.
