Yes. Timber-led construction is at the heart of the business. Richard has over 38 years’ experience working with timber, from structural framing and roof construction to detailed carpentry and bespoke timber projects.

Yes. Projects can range from individual carpentry or timber elements through to larger renovations, extensions and new-build work. Richard can also work alongside architects, building control and other trusted trades where required.

Yes. Richard regularly works from architects’ plans and technical drawings and can help translate them into practical, well-considered construction solutions.

Yes. You don’t need to have every detail finalised before getting in touch. If you have initial plans, sketches or simply an idea of what you would like to achieve, Richard can discuss the project with you and advise on the most appropriate next steps.

Yes. Once we understand the scope of the project, we can provide a quotation based on the work required. For larger or more complex projects, a site visit and further information may be needed before an accurate quote can be prepared.

As early as possible. Good building and carpentry work is often booked ahead, particularly for larger projects. Getting in touch early also allows time to discuss drawings, materials, permissions and scheduling before work begins.

Yes. Larger projects often involve a number of specialist trades. Richard is experienced in coordinating with architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and other contractors to help keep the work moving smoothly.
