An extensive extension and rebuild of a three-bedroom home in Burton Bradstock, combining substantial structural work with a strong focus on natural materials and detailed timber craftsmanship.

The new sections were constructed using a timber-frame system and externally clad in Garuba hardwood, creating a warm, durable finish that complements the coastal setting. A Brazilian slate roof provides a contrasting natural texture, while bespoke timber joinery and matching hardwood detailing bring consistency across the exterior.

The project also included new softwood decking and an open fireplace, creating a home that balances practical family living with carefully considered materials and craftsmanship throughout.
